Privacy Policy
Your data never leaves your device. Sayboard has no servers, no analytics, no tracking.
What we collect
Nothing. Sayboard can't phone home — the app has no mechanism to send your data anywhere. Your voice, your text, your usage patterns all stay on your device.
Specifically:
- No cookies
- No analytics or tracking
- No accounts or sign-ups
- No ads
- No data sharing with third parties
- No network activity (except model downloads)
Model downloads
When you download a speech recognition model, your device makes a standard GET request to our server to fetch the file. We don't log these requests, attach identifiers, or track who downloads what.
Apple and the App Store
Sayboard is a paid app on the App Store. You pay once for the app — that's our entire business model, so we have no reason to collect, sell, or monetize your data. Apple handles the purchase and may collect data as part of that process — things like transaction records and account information. That's governed by Apple's privacy policy, not ours. We never see your payment details.
This website
This website is a static page with no server-side processing. The same principles apply — no data collection of any kind.
Deleting your data
Any data Sayboard creates — transcription history, audio recordings, downloaded models — lives on your device and nowhere else. You can clear it at any time from the app's settings, or simply uninstall the app to remove everything. Since nothing is stored on our servers, there's nothing for us to delete on our end.
